Terms of Service

By creating an account, booking a class, or using any part of our website or member portal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. Members under 18 require a parent or guardian to complete the Parent/Guardian Waiver before participating in any class. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

All members must complete the required digital paperwork — including the Liability Waiver, Studio Rules acknowledgment, and Fitting Information — before participating in any class. Booking a First Flight / Intro Class requires paperwork to be fully completed in advance. We reserve the right to deny participation to any member who has not completed required documentation.

• Month-to-Month Memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the studio.
• Prepaid Memberships (3-month, 6-month, 12-month) are paid in full and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Class Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packs do not expire unless otherwise stated.
• All payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method.

• Class bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of class start time are considered late cancellations and will be flagged on your account.
• Repeated late cancellations may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges at the studio's discretion.
• No-shows (booked but did not attend and did not cancel) are treated the same as late cancellations.

Bungee fitness involves physical activity and carries inherent risk. By participating, you represent that you are in adequate physical condition and have disclosed any relevant health conditions in your Fitting Information form. You agree to follow all instructor directions and studio safety rules at all times. The studio reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose participation may pose a safety risk.

Participation in bungee fitness classes requires completion of our digital Liability Waiver. By signing the waiver, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and release Leap of Faith Bungee Fitness Center, its owners, instructors, and staff from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The studio may photograph or record classes for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness in marketing materials unless you have opted out via the Photo Waiver in your member paperwork.

Members are expected to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with respect
• Arrive on time and follow studio rules
• Wear appropriate attire (leggings or fitted athletic pants — no shorts)
• Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or harassing behavior

The studio reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for violations of this code of conduct.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Leap of Faith Bungee Fitness Center and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leap of Faith Bungee Fitness Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in classes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email or a notice in the member portal. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cullman County, Alabama.
